BG80 is a powerful string that wont break in 2 days (unless you're very unlucky with a mis hit). As for the tension, it really depends on the skill level. For an intermediate/advanced female player playing with feather shuttles, probably 22 lbs for more power, 24 lbs for more control. For plastic shuttles, 2 lbs less. Lots of women tend to like lower string tensions, so you shouldn't be afraid of using lower tensions if you want.
