Hey everyone, noticed that Le Creuset is selling their flagship 11.4L stockpot at the lowest price I've ever seen on their website, and in popular colours too!

Nice find, thinking about the blueberry... The MSRP maybe a little inflated as kitchensmart.ca has them on for $169 but at $129 its a great deal.

It's a great pot, but keep in mind it weighs around 7 lbs. empty. I brought a few Staub and Le Creuset items to our marriage and my wife refuses to use them because she has tiny, bird bone arms.

Is it really that heavy? I picked one up physically at a store just to see, and it felt lighter than the 6.4L enamel dutch oven, but that may just be my brain playing tricks on me (I'm also not what I would consider "bird bone arms" ha ha ha)

It's not too bad when it's empty, but when you fill it up I can see how it would be challenging for petite people.

FYI, this is made in Thailand instead of France, like the French Oven.
