Lease Interest Rates - Current Deals

Creating a thread for lowest lease rates offered currently:

Hyundai - 0.99% - 36 month lease on the below models:
Elantra
Elantra Hybrid
Elantra N Line

Subaru - 1.49% - 24 month lease on the below models:
Ascent
Outback
Impreza

Toyota -
1.99% - 24/36/39 month lease on C-HR
3.49% - 24/36/39 month lease on Corolla

Tried to Lease the one Manual Transmission Elantra available locally (small town), had loyalty discount and Mil discount, then they added over 2k in fees and said it was non negotiable lmao! 20% the value of the lease in fees...highway robbery I tell ya!

It really varies from dealer to dealer. Last month Toronto Downtown Hyundai was giving a lease for elantra preferred (with sun and tech package) at 367 a month for 36 months.

For the same car, Thornhill Hyundai quoted me 513 a month. Asked him for breakdown, the salesperson said there were some mandatory packages added to it, and even refused to disclose them. When leaving I was carrying the quote printout with me, and the salesperson says its an internal doc and I can't carry it. Bunch of scoundrels.
