LED 40w equiv. light bulbs 3 for $3.99 at US Costco

on Monday (the 29th) I was at the Costco in Bellingham, Washington.
They have the 3 pack of 7.3 watt LED light bulbs for 3.99 because of a local rebate
They are dimmable and 40 watt replacement.

There is a limit of 4 packages per member.(12 bulbs for 15.96)
they told me that it was a daily limit, if I tried to come back and buy more the same day I would be charged the regular price (11.99/package).
but I did not try it so I do not know if their computer system is really set up to catch that.
I think the sale goes until july 5th.
