LED lights (Day Lights) on every room and kitchen etc

Hi, I have to install LED lights on every room, kitchen etc. How many LED lights should be OK for 18x11 room for 6" LED light. Which brand of LED 6: light good? Is any Electric shops which install professionally? Thanks

there is no ceiling light in those room? if so you can just get LED light bulb ( Day light 5000K)
