Is this just for discussing Lego deals or for anything Lego?

My sister (somewhat of a Lego maniac herself) got me Lego Voltron for Christmas :) Unfortunately I got the flu right after Christmas so I haven't gotten into it yet :( Given I haven't really "played with" Legos much since I was a kid, how long will it take me to assemble this? Reviews say it's massive and complicated so it doesn't look so much like a couple hours' job I take it? So should set aside a Saturday or something to build him?

Anyone else here put together this one?

It will take a few hours if you want to build in one sitting. You can also just build a lion or two at a time, of you don't have a ton of time to build. It is a fun build.

Lego Y-wing UCS (75181) is $183.10 on Amazon. The price has been dropping since yesterday so it may drop a little more.

What is the recommended IKEA product for display purposes? My boy is getting though a bunch of smaller builds and is wanting to display them.

Toys R us is doing 15% off most of the store today, Lego that is .99 qualifies. I've been wanting the Harry Potter train and was tired of waiting for a better deal.

BILLY is good. You can change the shelf heights and add glass doors/shelves as needed.
GNEDBY is really good for small sets though.
For really big ones like modular KALLAX is good.
And then of course you can get their glass cabinets to the really special stuff.
There's a sucker born every minute.

So called Walmart to complain about not receiving Tie Fighter $45 UCS from AMI ship to store a few days ago and now received an email saying order cancelled at buyers request (purchase refunded, yes they did charge me and shipped nothing!)

Can anyone recall what is the lowest price for Ninjago movie sets, in particular, 70616 ice tank, 70611 water strider and 70656Garmadon, Garmadon, Garmadon? They are currently 20% off + 15% off +15% off Rclub, which is a little over 40% off. I am on the fence whether to get them or not.

Water strider was $12 on walmart.ca.. Ice Tank I think I got it for about $68 (20% off sale + 15% additional discount) then used a filler to get the Ninjago bricktober.

Thanks...$12 is insane. I will never be fast enough to get such a hot deal.
