Lemax Toy repair location in the GTA?

I have some Lemax toys that I bought at Canadian Tire a few years ago.

Overtime, the toys started to break down and stop working. For example, some of the items on the toys can move or rotate but now have stopped for some reason.

Does anyone happen to know any location in the GTA that could possibly repair the toys?
