which lenovo laptop is the lightest?
Depends on what screen size you want?

Nice to see the deals, but need a gaming PC and none are to be had that are worthwhile here.
It's always cheaper to build it yourself, plus it's not too difficult.

definitely not 17, i don't mind a 13 if the weight is significantly lighter than a 15, say 20%, but if it's comparable, say 1.3KG vs 1.5KG, than I might go with 15. for backpack around. budget airlines are getting stricter on weights nowadays. minimium is 7 KG.

Is Lenovo pulling a fast one? The y540 model with the rtx 2060 is now replaced with the 1660Ti. Also, the original flyer where it said "2060" is no where to be found. All we have is this now: https://www.lenovo.com/ca/en/d/deals/la ... tType=grid
I am still seeing the 17" Y540 with the 2060 on page 26 of the flyer

Do you have a link? I can't find it and I've searched for y540 on the site. Thanks

This is very much a YMMV but at the Ancaster costco they are currently selling the Y740 for $1,600. May get cheaper come black friday.

A couple of really nice new X1 models with 10th Gen CPUs have come up alongside these new sales......

The Carbon X1 7th Gen 20R1000RUS comes with the i7-10510U and 16Gb of RAM. If you don't mind upgrading the SSD yourself, and are happy with the 1920x1080 low power 400 nit screen, it is an absolute steal at $1,935.45

The X1 Yoga 4th Gen 20SA0002US is the same model spec but in the Yoga 2 in 1 form factor, for $2023.45

Go through EPP site, and both models are even cheaper: $1,759.50 for the Carbon, $1839.50 for the Yoga.
