Nothing against i7 11th Gen chips, but has Yoga's ever had Ryzen models? I don't see any on lenovo site, but google search shows reviews with ryzen 7 4700

The wifey got a i7-10th gen for work and i'm liking the form factor and metal finish, but all the rave is about ryzen. I heard Ryzen 5000 series may come out for laptops soon.

I was looking at that for my wife and that was $1349 for more or less the same specs. I know X1 Yoga probably has better build quality but that price was tough to swallow, I held off and this is probably the best deal I've seen on a Yoga in terms of specs for the price.

What is the screen ratio on this?
Any other 2 in 1s that can compare in specs/price right now?
How would this be for photo editing? Thanks!

Darn. Checked a few times again today and it doesn't even show the i7 version as an option anymore.

Looks like they have it back in stock but about 100$ more. Still considering it. Not too many reviews out there though.

Does anyone know how to get 3 year accidental damage protection? I can't seem to add it, it's not even an option.

But it's a 4k screen probably one of the best as opposed to 1080p 300 nits.

not really worth the extra $300 for a 14" device that's primarily going to be used for work apps

Thanks. I'll return mine then. It's just that I had to spend so much time getting the deal and used my 10% cash back Amex which I'm not going to get back. :/

Mine arrived today. The device is great but I don't think my trackpad was installed correctly. There's a gap in the top side which causes the right click to require more effort and makes an odd double click sound.

Fyi, IBM does not make computers since 2005

You could give your Lenovo ThinkBook a "fresh start"

Fresh Start lets you perform a clean reinstallation and update of Windows while keeping your personal data and most Windows settings intact. In some cases, a clean installation may improve your device's startup and shutdown experience, memory usage, Microsoft Store apps performance, browsing experience, and battery life.
