Great deal on Amazon right now...
14-Inch wide-view Full-HD nano-edge bezel display in 13.3" chassis with Windows 10 Pre-installed
Latest 7th generation Intel i7-8550U 1.8 GHz Processor (Turbo to 4.0 GHz)
Fast storage and memory featuring 512GB SSD with 16GB DDR4 RAM

From the 3, which one would be the biggest bang for your buck
is this still on sale? link? discussed on rfd anywhere?

I thought that the 710 had the 940MX but i was wrong, it only has integrated graphics. Also, the unit I received had a defective hinge (would creak when moving the screen) and a loose touch pad.

The other Asus has a better CPU (i7 vs i5) but no dedicated GPU and both have 16GB's of ram and 512 GB SSD's.

I want a dedicated GPU for some light gaming, that's why I got the one from Best Buy which has the 2GB MX150.

Loving it. The build quality is better than the Lenovo. The battery life is pretty good, got around 7.5-8 hours with light usage.
The fan is loud while gaming, but that is expected.

The matte screen is nice but those with sensitive eyes should do some research on PWM flickering before purchasing.

I definitely recommend the UX430 i5(MX150) or i7 (integrated grapghics) over the Lenovo.

Is a dedicated graphics card recommended for light use of CAD software? My T420 handles it fairly well except for the 3D editing I do.

When I called to RMA/Return my order, the agent told me that I would not be subject to shipping/restocking fees.

They sent me a return label which I attached to the original packaging. I'm waiting for my full refund now.

This is really tempting, although the price is a bit of a turn-off. Seems relatively future-proof though.

I was hoping my current laptop (IdeaPad Y470) would last a little longer, but it's just barely been over 6 years (and I upgraded RAM to 8gb).
