The sales rep told me that I'd be refunded within 1 or 2 business days. They better *****ing do it.

How come people keep saying that they got charged for the laptop. I sure didn't. It was just a pre-auth, it wasn't a charge. There is no way a charge can appear within hours. It usually takes min. 2 business days to appear in your online account.
Are those people really have no clue how credit cards work and barking at the wrong tree. Usually I dismiss those stupid people, but this time, so many saying they got charged which is impossible. They got pre-auth which will automatically go away within 5 business days and no need to dispute any charges.
