Text would be too small to read for some of us, if to scale up, will lose screen real estate

How prevalent is the dead pixel issue? How difficult is it to return?

Got the 27inch model during last promo. There was an issue with the delivery company and for some reason it got returned to sender before it even crossed the border into Canada (from US). I called them a couple of times and they said they were working on shipping out a replacement and then randomly showed up the next day with no tracking or any details lol. About 5 to 6 weeks after initial purchasing but seems like an isolated incident.

Very happy with it, no dead pixels. Only drawback is it has 2 inputs and only one is HDMI. I'd prefer 3 with atleadt 2HDMI but you get what you pay for and I'm happy. Connected to Xbox One S and PS3

Beware of quality assurance on these monitors; I bought a couple of the 24's a few weeks back and had to return them since one was defective. Returning to Lenovo was a headache.

Thanks for the feedback. Damn, a pair of seductive deal. Mighty tempted. Hard to find 1440p (minimum requirement for RFD PPI patrol) at this price range.

I've had to return a laptop when it arrived with a debt in the box and the screen. Took 2-3 weeks to send it back and get the new one. Shipping was on them.

Rakuten won't issue cash back until Lenovo confirms the order, Perkopolis is excluded by Lenovo, so very YMMV

If that may help for those hesitating between the 2 sizes, I purchased 2 of those 23.8inch monitors last spring and they are awesome.

I wanted a little bigger so I ordered 2 of the 27inch monitors last month. I returned the monitors because the colors and screen quality were nowhere close to those 23.8 monitors. The colors were too saturated, very yellowish/reddish even with tweaked settings, the borders / edges on the 27 are bigger than on the 23.8 model. The blacks weren't as good, sharpness too.

Note, the 23.8inch monitors I bought were manufactured months ago so it doesn't mean they manufacture today with the same panels.

Rakuten is close to issuing CB checks for orders up to Dec. 31 last year on Feb 16. Can Rakuten deduct money from final check if Lenovo refused to pay due to ordering from Perkopolis? Has anyone receive cashback from perkopolish order from previous Rakuten pay period? ie, receive actual Rakuten checks on perkopolis order from July -sept last year?

I've purchased two of the L24s and they were both fine.

Was just looking for a QHD 24", a 4k 27" is way too big for our small space, ordered 2 for WFH, one for the S/O, I hope she won't kill me lol

the 27" are running with a wider DCI gamut so they will look more saturated than normal.
