This does not cost $1,319.00, Lenovo is pulling a scam on us.

I love the look of this laptop - but the price is just a bit too much.

Neat feature - "No need to worry about a stylus—the multitouch display accepts input from a No. 2 pencil, without risk of scratches. Your student can interact directly and safely, using a standard pencil to fill out tests, draw, take notes, and more, with better accuracy than a finger."

That also tells you what kind of users it's designed for.

But yeah, that "Web price" of $1319 is a joke.

If I was using this device for the primary purpose of taking notes at university, and secondarily for playing light games (Team Fortress 2, Civilization 5, Dota 2) would this actually be a decent 2-in-1 laptop at this price of 446 with 10% rakuten?

LOL okay Lenovo. Even this "sale" price is too high for this modern incarnation of a netbook.

Stay away from these anemic netbooks, shouldn't even be called a thinkpad. Everything is cheapened down, performance will make you instantly regret the purchase. You're much better off buying a several years old T series thinkpad at this price or cheaper

Once I saw "1366 x 768" display, I was like wtf? " Glossy", lol. They might as well call it drop resistant lol!

These are commercial/ business grade / heavy duty laptops intended for the K- grade 12 in class education market. This why they have low horsepower, but heavy duty physical construction for daily in class use

If you were to put consumer grade laptops in a school classroom for daily use, the kids would have most of them broken by the end of the week.

I think they typically retail for around $700 - $800

So is it good for a 7yr old? Other then regular web browsing and reading, can it handle roblux and other games?
