It has gen 7 i7 10710 real six cores, 16gb ram, 256 add, for 1600, smaller ssd and 1080p conpared with 1440p and 1T ssd

One of the biggest complaints from reviews I read / watched was that the 2018 X1 Carbon had terrible speakers. The new 2019 X1C is supposed to have remedied that issue, along with other upgrades. This is good deal for sure, esp. if you don't care about the speakers.

Good price, would be exciting to buy one if in the market. Could be better if combining with 20x air miles which could happen during Christmas.

The link is under/through perkopolis. As far as I've read and looked into this so far in other Lenovo threads, you won't get the Ebates/rakuten 12%.

I have an X1 Carbon Yoga Gen 3. Had the keyboard replaced 3 times in first 2 months. Fold away keys would jam and could close laptop. 8 months now trouble free.

I just don't like false advertising. If I wanted it i'd still get it, but i really hate it when companies do that, it's misleading for people who don't know too much about the product
