Lenovo ThinkCentre M93p Tiny $200 to 300

I am looking for above items, seem price of used M93p seem to be around 200 to 300 cdn bux in usual selling place (ebay, kijiji etc)

I am thinking around 100 to 150, am I off on price?

RAM: 8 GB DDR3 (16GB max)

You are not... also check for used Optiplex 7020 / 9020 or HP 800 G1. The asking is around $200 but you can bargain down to your price range

Bauer Systems had some okay prices on those, but I've seen these go for your price range on fleabay back around black friday, and also by a private seller on the hardwarecanucks forums.

Only condition is check that the power adapter is included, the best deals tend to leave that out. Those adapters can be around $50 +for new OEM locally, but you can use the older round connector chargers if you get a cheap round to square type adapter, as long as it's 20V and over 3.25A. You can also upgrade to a 90W adapter, may run a little cooler.

TBH I'd look harder. These are essentially haswell laptop hardware, good, but should be cheap considering how many of these are flooding the market off lease. Sometimes it may be more competitive to but a laptop with similar specs (like that T520 deal for $250 last month).
