Lenovo won't honor "Price Protection Guarantee"
Buyer beware! Just a heads up that apperantly Lenovo has a different interpretation of their own policy. Customer service says they dont price match accessories, only computers.
Nowhere does it say this in their policy FAQ that they link to or tell you to go read. On the website it clearly says products, not computers. Accessories and monitors are not in the exclusion list, only third party sellers etc.
I ordered a C32q-20 monitor for $250, then it dropped to $210. Reading around it seems Lenovo CS is terrible across the board, something I would not have expected considering how highly regarded their business products are.
Do we have any recourse, apart from returning higher priced items once they go down in price? Tried without luck to find an email or contact info of a someone higher up that could help, but so far no dice.
