Levi's quality is dropping quite a bit. I only have worn mine for about two years and it is already showing holes. (I don't wear it daily, and I don't wear it for anything manually intensive). I remember it used to last decade.

This seem to be the norm with many clothing/shoe brands unfortunately. I am still wearing my old Clarks shoes every day (over 15 years!) and didn't have to do any repairs to them and still look new when polished. There were 3 clarks pairs after that totally worn out less than couple of years.
