Lexus Lease

Hi there,

Planning on leasing 2 (dealer lot available) rx350s (most likely f spot 2 or 3) in the next 2-3 months and wondering if anyone knows of good discounted rates and prices that they came across?
Range of 3-5 year terms depending on interest.

Will wait unless I can possibly get a good deal. Definitely not in a rush.

Any ideas?

Thank you,
Alex

Wait. Automakers are bleeding and will definitely have incentives when business opens back up.

As they are currently not building anything they may have limited supply when demand picks up. Meaning less opportunity to get a better deal. You may want to shop now while demand is low and supply is available.

Have you checked the insurance rates on RX350s? Or you have a secure parking arrangement?

Why does everyone keep saying this? This isn’t 2008. Production has STOPPED which means there’s limited inventory, which means there isn’t going to be excess inventory to blow out.

It will be a condo garage parking for the most part. Is the insurance for rx350 highish given how many they are on the road and due to theft?

I've sent info for an insurance quote but haven't received anything back yet. I am hoping to get a bulk discount as there will be 3 vehicles on a single policy.

True, however, with 3 million unemployed sales quotas will be difficult to make regardless and this is a luxury vehicle segment in which much fewer sales are taking place to begin with. Dealerships still need to make their own rental payments etc etc. - sales need to be happening to come back to budget, or at least close to it.

Sales have stopped too... all while these businesses have to pay some staff, rent, etc.

Lots of old inventory left on the lots, job insecurity or job losses for many Canadians. I highly doubt there will be many buyers paying top dollar for 1 year old luxury cars.

Yep, due to theft many insurance agencies would only do $5000 deductibles.

Not Coseco/ Cooperators.
Just renewed for 2020 and my deductible is still $500.

I think it may be location dependent. There’s a lot more scum in the centre of the universe.

Told the wife to park outside and try our luck, but she prefers to go in and out of the house through the garage.

True. There's fixed costs along with variable costs that are almost fixed in nature. And then the variable ones like parts for JIT.

They don't like our 16 RAV4H either lol. Last year to try my luck.

Even the CT200h is looking like a theft deterrent instead of a target.

Its one of the lowest cost vehicles in GTA to insure in it's class when my mom got one a few months ago compared to the Q5, GLC and x3

Seems stories on forums line rfd dont translate to real life...who knew

If you're really getting such bad quotes, maybe it's your location or record?

Thornhill? $500 for all state or $0 for co-operators (dissapearing deductable program) in a condo parking lot

IMO, that's the better purchase.
$15K+ extra for a Lexus badge is stupid.

One additional year warranty and preferred pricing when it's time to service the car at the dealership. :)

NX suspension tuned better but yeah, $20k more for what is another FWD CUV was way too much.
