LF: HOME - Entertainment/Network Wiring Person (Fishing Wires in Home)

Hello,

I dont know where else to turn, so I turn to the RFD community.

I am looking for someone, with some good experience, running/fishing wires in a home. I am looking to run some coaxial cable and ethernet lines from certain areas in my (i.e. Basement to 3rd floor rooms etc.) and have outlets in those rooms. Some rooms in the 3rd floor have outlets that work already and some that dont. In these rooms, I would like to have Ethernet outlets available.

House is relatively small in size (1700sqft total) and located in GTA.

TIA for advice and guidance and any referrals.

A cheaper alternative for ethernet may be powerline adapters, depending on the throughput you require.

If you can't find anyone to do this at a reasonable price, then go DIY. The cold air returns make a good path for running cable from floor to floor. For horizontal runs in the upper level, use the attic.

Price should be about 250 per jack. You can check BuildingHomes on this forum, I know he does this sort of thing.

I am hoping I can get someone for a reasonable price, if not, then you are right, it will have to be DIY Project.
