Lowe's is OOS. I think Rona beats competitors by 10% for appliances.

Also, check your personal offers if you bank with RBC or have Ampli (Rona & Lowe's). My parents have statement credit offers for RBC, I have 15% back (up to $15) from Ampli.

I have nearly this identical stove. My favourite feature is the instant view. You double tap on the glass and it turns the light on inside. My dogs tail does it all the friggin time lol

I want induction for my next range after trying the portable one, it heats very quick and reaction is instant. I don't know why the induction range costs that much when a portable one can be had only for around $50.

Compared to what? Coils? LoL, those are way harder to clean.
I had to come to North America to see these weird coil cooktops and I'm astonished they still sell them. They're so annoying to clean and look like they came straight out of 1890.

Ikea has good prices, just rebranded from whirlpool.

I don't think people buy them, they're usually found in rental places. Gas and induction are much easier to keep clean.
Uh, yeah, I'd like to speak to a Mr. Tabooger, first name Ollie.

This looks like it has vents on the back. Is this the type that sucks air down and is meant to be connected to a ventilation system under the floor? (The pic also doesn't show a range hood)

My parents are looking to replace their current Jennair stove, but it's in the middle of the kitchen so they need to replace it with another stove that sucks air down rather than up through a hood.
Can you spare some cutter, me brother?

shipping and soft costs make a huge chunk of large appliance cost, considering none are made NA side.

I have a 10+ Frigidaire gallery ceramic range, no issues but it's showing its age I'd love to make our next an induction.
Clean up is fine, reading HD reviews unfortunate some ppl reporting scratches so early into ownership.
My brother has a LG range (not this model) and nothing but problems.

i have lg cooktop. m-i-l has lg cooktop. sis has samsung cooktop. brother has whilpool cooktop. spilled tons of things from simple water to pasta sauce to think sugary/creamy sauces. all of our cooktop cleans up easily with the right knowhow and a little bit of elbow grease. mine is showing minor scratches after 10 years of use.

Once you go induction you don't go back. Even gas stoves will make you think twice.

I'm waiting for a deal on induction to replace some old white appliances at my rental cottage. It's the only option I'd consider for that purpose.

!?!
Have you ever seen a ventilation system for an oven through the floor? The vents point up and heat comes up out the back.

Pretty certain I have this similar one with less features. Literally first day we had it son leaned up and turned it on and started a piece of foil on fire and melted on top.
The idea behind these are actually so stupid, but do look nice!. I'd love to know how many fires these have started. We leave the lock on immediately after using.

This is a great deal if anyone is looking. Paid $1400 for similar model with a lot less features.

Yes, the one my parents have vents through the floor. The duct goes through the crawl space and vents out the side of the house. It was like that when they bought the house. I guess it made for a cleaner look, or something (A pain to replace, though)
