Limit on number of gift cards used in a single transaction at TJX stores Winners/Marshalls/Homesense

Is there a limit on number of gift cards used in a single transaction at TJX stores Winners/Marshalls/Homesense?

I have multiple TJX gift cards with various balances ($2,$5,$25,$25,$25) and was wondering if anyone knows or has experience with using multiple (3+) gift cards to pay for one transaction. I have used 2 gift cards in one transaction before.

I have already contacted TJX via their website and awaiting a reply. Just curious if anyone had experience with paying with more than 3 gift cards at TJX stores in a single transaction.

I have not experienced an issue before using 5 gift cards in a single transaction at Winners.

This is the reply that I received from TJX Canada for anyone that might be interested.

Thank you for contacting TJX Canada Customer Service. You can use more than one gift card during a transaction however our store managers can use their discretion to limit the number if necessary.

Usually it's only online websites that would have a limitation on how many GCs can be used in a transaction.
