True, I guess a lot of people just plain steam it. I like to stir fry or de shell for bisque

7.77/lb at Provigo for everyone (I am guessing there is a surplus of Atlantic lobster at the moment)

Matter of taste but I always prefer the smaller 1-1.5lb hard shell lobsters, I find the meat is sweeter and has a better texture than the larger lobsters. But less meat for sure.

The 1.25lb size is not bad so try to get the largest alive and kicking one you see in the tank. Got some for $6/lb last time for PCO members at Provigo but they packed 3/bag before hand and 1-2 of those were quite small. At this price I can pick and choose the larger live ones in the tank.

I also got 3000 points for purchasing live seafood. It shows up as a digital offer.

How do you cook them? Just boil them alive? Are they going to fight in the hot water?

Well, I guess it's fair to say they don't enjoy it...
