I am an existing Insiders member. I saw the offer in my PCO app yesterday morning but by the afternoon it went poof. I wonder if they changed their mind about letting existing members renew at 50% subscription rate.

Nice, got the free 1 year offer and 50k points. Plus the travel credit it's basically $150 free, not bad!

Currently, my wife and I have separate PCOptimum accounts, but they are connected to a "household", so we share the same points.

I signed up for PcInsiders using my own account, but it doesn't look like my wife is able to see the benefits.
Just called again and they said the PC Insiders is linked to an individual and not the household despite the PC Optimum being set up like that. I just had my wife share her wallet PC Optimum pass to my phone and will now be swiping her card only at purchasing.

Sucks that they wouldn’t extend it to the household but then again, Loblaws are total noobs at this and dont really know how IT systems work so maybe in a decade or 2

If i got an email from them last week what would the Email look like? I wonder if it's in my spam folder. If I just searched 'pc insider' in Gmail it should come up if it's there?

T&Cs state 4-6 weeks... It's even conveniently in the OP for you.

As an aside, I signed up using the 50k promo on my PCO account, and it is now no longer present as an "offer". I would imagine that means the system has detected my sign-up properly. A family member's account is still displaying the offer as valid until May 18, and has yet to sign up.

It's from "PC Financial". The subject is "Free one-year PC Insiders membership just for you!". I received it on Apr. 29.
