[Loblaws] Lindt 300g bars for $2.49

Hey Guys

Starting tomorrow Loblaws is selling the Lindt Swiss Classic (the big bars) 300g bars of chocolate for $2.49. The sale starts from June 7 till the 13. This is the lowest I have seen it and I usually buy with the $30 groupon deal and still never get it at this price. I believe even with the holiday clearout they don't go this low. Just though I would mention it if people missed it when searching through the flyers.

Loblaws sell them for $7.99 and Wal-mart sells them for $6.47 each so this is a pretty good deal

Enjoy

Thanks, that's a great deal, which I missed when scrolling through the flyers. Much appreciated.

This is a printing error in the flyer. They have posted notice at the stores.

You could still price match though at Walmart or RCSS YMMV. The flyer is here with price $2.49 https://www.redflagdeals.com/flyers/lob ... 18-114642/
Pretty dishonest, and some of the staff will know or will find out afterwards. This can lead to the demise of price matching down the road. Abuse of price matching will hurt everyone longer term.

I get what you are saying, but how about all those people who went into the store for this advertised sale and ended up spending hundreds of dollars on other items? It's a win win situation for them.

Listen guys I didn't know this was a price error until it was verified by another RFD member. I just though Loblaws was having one of those sales. I mean the loblaws flyer will be distributed today with the mirror or the economist so you could just take the physical flyer and PM. All up to you.

I wish they stocked 99% dark. Cannot find it anywhere but the Lindt stores.

Walmart in the USA already killed off their price matching policy. What do you think would happen if they did that here, due to abuse or just general aggravation? The Weston group which include No Frills and RCSS would quickly follow and that would conclude price matching for all of Canada. Those 2 groups are the only price matchers in this country. All it takes is for 1 group to kill it off and the other will quickly follow. Amazon isn't and wont be a force here any time soon.

Play with fire at your own risk. Walmart in particular is looking closer to their own policies including a printed statement of which retailers they will only price match with at some locations.
