Here is the math:

Currently, Loblaws selling these diaper boxes (largest boxes available at Loblaws) for $32.75/box, with the PC Express coupon code 15PCX you get 15,000 PC Optimum Points on PC Express Pickup Order with a $75 purchase, works for existing users (extra 5,000 Pts with unique code when you're PC insider), and there is also in-store offer for this week where you get 8,000 PC Optimum points for every $40 spent on Pampers + 20% off points back when you are a PC Insider.

3 boxes @ $32.75 = $98.25 + 5% tax = $103.16

Points getting back:
15,000 Pts (15PCX PC express pick-up code - works for existing users)
5,000 Pts (unique code received in e-mail with the 15PCX code)
16,000 Pts (2x8,000 Pts for every $40 spent on Pampers in-store on this week's flyers)
20,600 Pts (PC Insider members receive 20% points on diaper purchases)

Total points back: 56,600 Pts ($56.60)

$103.16 - $56 = $15.72 per box after taxes!

Worked for me with an order I placed for pick-up this evening.

Edit: If you live close to RCSS, the PC Express code works for orders there as well and come out to be a better deal (thanks @Dealer40) :

Good deal at Rcss too if you spend $100.
4 boxes is $113.32 including tax.
Got 42200 + 15000 + 5000 = 62200
113 - 62 = 51
Around $13 per box including tax in Ontario.
=========================================================================

If you have not used your PC Express code yet and live close to RCSS, the deal gets even better this coming week, starting tomorrow, Sep 19 (thanks @mandm1209):

My local Superstore flyer(gta) has huggies and pampers for $26.98/box and 20000 pts for $100. Paired up with the pc insider and the promo code would be the cheapest. Starts tomorrow!

4x26.98=107.92 + tax = 113.30
-20% in points for pc insider = -$21
-20000 points = -$20
-20000 points promo = -$20

~$52 all in. $12.95/box

Price match it to Food Basics @ $24.99. Add a pack of wipes (just to tip it over $100). Print out Pampers/Huggies online coupon for another few bucks off. And you're golden!

Just for reference, superstore also has those same boxes for 26.98 on sale from 32.75. They do not have the same 8000 points bonus though from what I can tell - so the deal you linked above is cheaper by about $2.

But if you don't have a Loblaws close by, this might be another option.

Thanks OP!

Note that the PC insiders 20% points won't show up right away. Just the 36000 points from the two promo codes and the 8k bonus points for this week.

It's actually $56.60

20,600 PC insiders
PC x15 = 20,000
Loblaws = 16,000

There are no 2 for $10 off coupons that I'm aware of! They are all expired.

That is correct, but Superstore does not have the 20,000 Pts for spending $75 or 8,000 Pts for spending $40 offers, making this deal better :)

It may be off topic, but is PC insiders worth it? I know it depends on various factors but generally speaking is it worth it?

Total points back: 56,600 Pts ($56.60)

$103.16 - $56 = $15.72 per box after taxes!

Worked for me with an order I placed for pick-up this evening.
Thank you OP, much appreciated.

An even better deal are the PC Baby Wipes. Flyer is showing 3000 points back per box at $12.99. Buy 6 boxes (18000) then use the 2 codes in the PC Express email plus 20% from PC Insiders and that works out to be 55600 back in points (correct my math) on an $88 bill (I'm in Atlantic Canada so 15% tax)
Koodo - $39/10GB
Koodo - $70 Huawei P20
