[Loblaws] YMMV (seen at Loblaws Dupont) – Maynards Swedish Berries & Fuzzy Peach, 355g, $0.54

This was at Loblaws on Dupont (650 Dupont St).

These are the bigger bags – reg price is usually $3.99, sale price is around $3.59. On clearance for $0.54.

They have a whole wall full of them. I grabbed about 50 bags to give out for Halloween! Parents will hate me, lol. Might go back for more.

I would make sure they're going to last that long.

I picked up some clearance chocolates from an RCSS here yesterday and they're dated to expire August 2021.

For chocolate it really doesn't matter plus that's another two weeks away anyways.

With those gummie candies I find they tend to get stale and hard pretty quick.

Chocolate also goes stale after a while and becomes uneatable. What I have noticed is that chocolate starts turning white when it goes bad. This happens more with dark chocolate though.

I don’t think that’s the chocolate going bad, it’s the milk fat bloom/sugar bloom

I probably didn’t need it but bought it anyway

These are good till May 2022. Personally, I love stale gummies – reminds me of when I was a kid buying rock hard penny candies that had been sitting out for weeks in the corner store.

Update: I was just in there and they upped the price to $1.04

Downgraded from scorching hot to sweltering hot.. still 75% off!
