Great piece(s) of cookware that will last a lifetime, but beware of the weight. It's close to 6kg with nothing in it. My partner avoids all using all our cast iron because of this.

Tempted to get this combo. I've always wanted to try out a Cast Iron pan..
Is this the standard go-to for something like this? I know Lodge is mentioned frequently.

This is a good deal. I have the skillet without the cover and the 12 inch cast iron (not Lodge one). The 12 inch one is way too heavy. I feel like this is a great size for most of the cooking. Looks very versatile and if I did not already have a skillet would probably go for this

I regret buying this. I hardly ever use the pot, and the pan could be better with higher walls. People love it though so what do I know.

Been making sourdough with this since the beginning of COVID-19 pandemic. We follow this recipe. Also works well for stews and steaks. 👌🏼

This is an amazing price - we bought ours for $90 without hesitation due to its versatility.

Use it closed like a Dutch oven for 20 mins at 500 F then uncovered for another 15-20 mins at 450F

Love it!!!!

Got one "Used - Acceptable" from Warehouse Deals for $34.99. Will see how the "major cosmetic damages" turn out.

Received the item with "major cosmetic damages" - some spots of missing pre-seasoning on the rim. Smiling Face With Sunglasses
