LG OLED 65 inch B8 managers special 2799.99

Price:
2799.99
Expiry:
June 20, 2019
Retailer:
London drugs
Managers special at London drugs at multiple locations out west has the B8 for 2799.99. Called a few locations; all had it so I’m assuming this is either western Canada or all locations.

Not a bad look for one of the best TVs on the market.

Bad might be a stretch but it surely has been better.

Once these B8s clear out across retailers itll be slim options for a little while as 2019 OLED have released.

If I need it, I buy now, if im thrifty im gonna wait.

I just went to Costco to look for a B8 or C8 around 2800 but they had nothing in stock except 55 B8 so i got the P65 for 840.

For RFD standards it’s kinda bad. I mean if you need it now it’s a decent price but considering it has being cheaper multiple times and technology generally goes down in value over time plus tv is replaced annually (by manufacturers), it makes this average or bad depending on how you look at it.

2019 models likely will be cheaper than (or same as) this in a few months too (by Black Friday month if not sooner) which makes this even colder.

So it’s bad or decent.

Trying to sift through the contradiction.

Not a misleading post and its likely the best price for this unit. Also I appreciate you agreeing with me in that after these B8-E8 units get cleared, it’ll be slim options until something like Black Friday. Not everyone wants to wait til BF.

May the RFD police find better hobbies?

I've seen the B8 at 1998.99 at Richmond Hill Costco yesterday. Don't quote me for other costco's though.

You sure that wasn’t the 55C8 was just at Costco that was 55 C8s price

If it’s the 65b8 then whoever gets those is lucky af

LD had the 65" C8 for $2500 back in April. Their usual sale price on the C8 is $2700.

It’s bad unless you actually need a tv this exact minute. No contradiction there if you actually read what I said. If you want an OLED this exact minute or day then there really isn’t too many other options unless someone finds a clearance deal somewhere. For anyone who doesn’t need an oled right now (aka can wait), this is a bad deal.

Also if you want this model and willing to accept open box, bestbuy generally clears them out on August/September every single year (warehouse sale or VIP demo sales). Google past threads if you want reference to deals there.

so its not bad unless you have a time machine that travels forward and back in time. Thank you for the clarification.
