just seen this setup at a local London Drugs, and it seems to be decent quality
cheap, cheap for a nice little set for cooler evenings or to sit around roasting doggies/mallows by the fire
the seats tuck under the table when not in use to save space
powder-coated metal, and the seats were ok comfy with the cushions (i'll probably buy the set and re-fabric the cushions, as the red is too much)
when not in use/not needed there is a metal cover for the firebowl
