Long term disability + WSIB

I'm seeking advice regarding LTD and WSIB.
My mother in law got diagnosed with "tennis shoulder" as a result of her work. She was on EI while they were monitoring, physio, checkups etc. Now after 5 month she is fully diagnosed and she is not able to come back to work. HR told her to get a form filled out if she can do partial duties and her doctor filled it out. She is not able to so anything there. She has Manulife group benefits where I'm gonna help her out submit a claim for LTD but her doctor wants a WSIB firm to fill out and submit that.
I'm gonna call her HR right now and talk about it but I'm suspicious cuz he never mentioned that.
Does anyone have any legal advice for me. Thanks

Why not try applying to both wsib and Ltd? If the bith accept the claim then they'll just deduct the amount that's double payment
