You're a nothing client that's going to bring in next to no revenue. Why would any accountant that's not struggling/desperate answer this? Call a few firms and see what they can quote you.

you're being too logical. I'm sure there are some accountants willing to do this to make some small money who are not in the tax business.
I don't think anyone who operates in a practice would reach out though you're right.
