Looking to buy cheap boxer briefs, where/when?

Sure those on the bottom are on clearance and may look silly but I'm the only one that'll know. It's a secret that I'll always find amusing no matter the situation.
Costco used to have Prodigy underwear but they no longer sell it. I did buy a pack of Joe Boxer fitted boxers from there that looked like boxer briefs but unlike Prodigy, they lose their form quite quickly.
I have owned Calvin Klien's cycle shorts which are really comfortable however they're also quite expensive. But if I can something along those lines, that'd be great.
