looking for cheap internet provider

hi have bell and pay for 1000mbs and home phone $169
is there any providers that are cheaper or sites

If all you want is 1 GB speed, then your options are very limited as 3rd party providers (Teksavvy/Start/etc) don't have access to those speeds yet, if ever.

That means, depending on your area, only Bell/Rogers/Cogeco/Telus/Videotron/etc have those speeds.

Now if you are willing to come down in speed that 3rd party has access too, then you have a lot more options

Besides ... kinda difficult to recommend anything without know where the heck you located.

You have bell Fibe gigabit. If you don’t need the speeds, then get a cheaper SLOWER internet package.

You will not find similar speeds anywhere else for cheaper. Especially if you want fast upload speeds. Rogers gigabit doesn’t come close

If you don’t need the home phone, I would ditch it and it would probably save you 60$.

…. As for gigabit Fibe, it is worth every nickel.
