Looking for deals on fridge + range, Brick/Home Depot/Costco or Canadian Appliance Source?

I just bought a new house and I'm looking for deals on a mid-range French door fridge as well as a range. This will be a rental property. Anyone know if CAS usually has better deals than the other stores like Home Depot, Brick or Costco? Are the after-sale services the same between big box stores vs. CAS?

RULE # 1

Do not shop @ The Brick
You can Google to see the many complaints … and law suits

I don’t think CAS is much better

Personally these days I would buy from Costco
Cuz of their great pricing, warranty, and after sales service
More so if you are an Exec Member (get 2% Cash Back)
Or are also a Costco CC Holder (get another 2% Cash Back)

I have also bought from Lowe’s
When they were part of AirMiles
All in that was the absolute best deal at the time (a Black Friday)
Best Price = Price Match + 10%
Free Delivery & Free Haul Away
Plus a boatload of AirMiles
Was an awesome deal
And Lowe’s was great … would appliance shop there again

Minor but it's only 1% cashback from the Costco Mastercard (since it's not gas or restaurants).

This is the best advice you will get.

Also:

I used CAS prices to price match at Lowes when I was shopping for appliances.

AND:

Only other advice is to NEVER, NEVER buy a samsung appliance!

If its a rental, you can go cheap and pick up companies house brands. I know a few property owners that use insignia stuff from best buy for their rentals. I think they're mostly made by GE and whirlpool

Last year we dealt with Costco for a laundry set. Vert plrased if the "White Glove" service we had for delivery. Got free hoses for the washer, free installation, free haut away if the ils appliances, free extra 1 year warranty, 2% cash back with ours executive membership ans 2% cash back with ours MBNA Mastercard. And concierge service for 2 years, if ever needed.

Take note that they take Visa at Costco.ca

Fiesta, we brought only the washer on special, and the week later they had a promo with another. 10% off over the special price at the purchase of the set. We ordrered the matching dryer and got it pricematched for the whole set. Awesome service

I found some good deals at Rona since my GF has a VIPPro account (5% discount on everything + priority service), and after some calculations they resulted in the lowest prices out of Costco/CAS/Home Depot/Lowe's. Anyone have any buying experiences with Rona and how's their after-sale support?

Have bought from Lowes before, had no issues with the purchase and since I did my research I have had no problems with my appliances that needed after purchase care.
