Looking for a good body trimmer

I would prefer a lithium since the last 3 I've had all konk out after 1-2 years. But, I like using the straight blade for my neck/back/chest, no attachments. All new ones have really rough blades, like when they touch your skin they eat it up, so you need to use an attachment. I've tried the lithium wahl/remington.

Anyone have any recommendations for a lithium body groomer that can be used with just the bare blade on your body without ripping my skin up? Thanks
