Looking for a good deal on a pair of monitors

Looking for a good deal on monitors in GTA or online, My budget is around 200 per monitor and want the best moniter for the dollar value. I don't game too much but want the best picture quality. The main thing I am looking for is VESA mount, really slim bezels, Size should be more than 21 inches. I would want 10bit colors but not sure if that makes a noticeable difference. The same goes for 144hz refresh rate. Can some subject matter expert help. Thanks in advance.
