Looking for that Graco car seat @ Costco deal to show up again

Hi everyone

I just missed the last Graco 4-1 car seat deal at Costco as we didn't think this far ahead being overwhelmed with the newborn phase.

I saw this last deal and it was amazing to say the least ... Does anyone know when they usually put this on sale or is it only once per year?

Any insight would be great. Trying to hold off for this deal again to buy it!!
