Looking for a Headset - NOT Isolating or closed back

Hello RFD gamers

Looking for a gaming headset that's NOT isolating with a boom mic. Need to be able to hear if someone calling my name at least. I don't need anything fancy, brains shaken or surround sound spatial effects.

Right now i'm using the inline mic with my Audio Technica headphones, and mic sucks. Really need a boom but boom mic attachments are already $25-30, I might as well buy a whole new headset. Unfortunately my other headsets are USB and I need 3.5mm to use with my Stadia Controller.

Any suggestions or anyone in the same boat?

I've been using the Sennheiser Game One, which I picked up for about $120ish about a year ago or so. They're good quality, open back stereo headphones with a good boom mic.

I think these Massdrop x Sennheisers are pretty much the same headset, but you might need an adaptor to bring the separate mic + headphone jacks into one 3.5mm: https://drop.com/buy/massdrop-x-sennhei ... ng-headset

separate mic and stereo plugs won't work for Stadia. Looks good but too pricey to justify. Thanks though!

To close the thread up in case anyone searches for something similar.

I ended up getting the Steelseries Artic 1 for $51.99.

They are actually not noise isolating despite being over ear. I can hear sounds while playing, footsteps, my name getting called, Instant Pot beeping done, etc.

Great set and good voice quality. SUPER comfy for my head with glasses and no issues for hours on end.
