Looking to lease a 2016 Nissan Rogue

Went around to a few dealers the best price I got was $310 a month tax in.That was for a Rogue S for 48 months with 20000 KM per year.Wanted to know if anyone was able to find a better price on the Nissan or a similar small SUV. Thanks
