there's a special ridgid deal for $99 for drill with two batteries and bag. You'll never find a better deal. Only on for Father's day so get it quick as some places are running out. There's a thread on it in hot deals.

Corded or cordless?

I've bought many of my tools while browsing the clearance section of my local Home Depot. Often they have open-box or discontinued Dewalt models (with the nice keyless ratcheting chuck) for 1/2 price. YMMV of course, but it might be worth a look.

It can be corded or cordless, both are fine.
I wont pay extra $15 for cordless though.

Very good deal if your willing to spend $100.
Corded - hit a discount store for 1/3 the price - but really - southnam is right - lifetime warranty with Ridgid as long as you register and mail in the info.
