Looking for a SmartWatch which has good in call volume which doesn't need to be turned back up every call

As the title says. I'm a trades worker, so my hands are often full or dirty, so I don't want to touch the watch too much while working. I got a versa 3, but the call volume is so low and every call needs to be turned up manually which is a pain.

Any reco's for me? I do like the features of the Versa 3, so some crossover features would be nice.
