Looking for a soundbar with sub recommendations

Hi All,

I am planning on upgrading my TV to a Sony 65" X900H closer to BF. I am in the market for a soundbar as well, does anyone have any good recommendations and/or has a Sony TV with a soundbar set up that can share some experiences.

Much appreciated.

I went with an all in one Yamaha YAS-108 from Costco when they had a deal on a year or so ago. One of the best sounding sound bars I have ever heard.

Soundbars and a wireless subwoofer NEVER CROSSED MY MIND.

But if you want ... you can checkout the Klipsch Bar 40 2.1 ch Soundbar with Wireless Subwoofer at Costco.ca for $449.

WIRED SPEAKERS will always have better sound with no possibility of choppy frequencies/interference.

I have a 7.2 setup with a 65" in my living room. More than enough.
16' x 11' Living Room with 11' Cathedral Ceiling. 65" Hisense 65Q8G. Denon AVR-S740H. Jamo Classic 10 280W Towers (FR+FL). Polk Audio S35 (Center). Klipsch R51M (RR+RL). Klipsch R14M (Dolby FHR+Dolby FHL). Polk Audio HTS10 Subwoofer x 2.

Snagged a Sony HT CT780 at Memory Express BF deal for $250 5yrs ago & I've been supremely happy with it. While the HT aspect is good, the music playing side has been spectacular for a 2.1 SB that is. It even gives my Kanto YU6 + sunfire sub a good run except it (expectedly) loses out in soundstage & ultimate resolution & dynamics. Still its very musical & if I didn't have a choice, I think I can happily stream Tidal/Spotify tunes on it.

So based on my experiences, I vote any of the mid &up Sony SBs.
