My son is in need for grade 11 chemistry help Ontario curriculum. He needs one on one help. Please advice the best resource.

Not sure if he does chemistry, but he is amazing at 1 on 1 tutoring via video chat I know personally. He's definitely not cheap, but can you put a price on education? Ask him if he tutors chem.
Google tutor registries in your area, there is bound to be many. Failing that check local colleges for tutor lists, they can definitely help with high school.
