I guess noone is interested in investing in areas relatively close proximity to GTA (Hamilton area, Guelph, KW area, Simcoe area). No discussion?

always thought Cambridge isn't a desired city, high crime, drugs etc.

I'm not sure, I haven't really looked into it. I just happen to live close to it and have driven by the signs.
It's going to be an up and coming part of Cambridge - there's a lot being developed in this area. I don't think crime is bad here compared to any other city in Ontario. There's drugs and homelessness but again, I don't think it's worse than any other city in Ontario.
The area itself is safe and real estate is hopping. Lots of people are moving out of TO and coming to Cambridge.
