Got an email from Loseit! today, deal expires Jan 3, where you can get a yearly premium membership for $15.99 USD. Additionally, they are also having a 70% off sale for their lifetime membership once you are a premium user. All in after converting to CDN it comes to $$68-90 CDN for life, or until the company goes defunct. Considering MyFitnessPal is $80-$120 CDN per year, this seems like a great price, and is one of the lowest I have seen.

The original link is a unique, so results may vary. This process did work for a friend, so I hope it works for everyone. Price is $15.99 USD (~$22 CDN)

Alternative: Buy Lifetime Membership for $49.99 USD
Thanks to @ODoyleRulz you can get the Lifetime Membership for what I believe is the lowest price ever.
1. Create free account
2. Start Premium trial (credit card required but no charge)
3. Cancel trial
4. Visit https://help.loseit.com/hc/en-us/requests/new You'll get the offer there. Click on it.
5. This takes you to the following link https://www.loseit.com/premium/lifetime/ for final offer
6. Enter credit card info again and your all set! $67.91 CDN charged to my card.
If this option does not work, you can try getting the lifetime offer by buying the yearly option first, then trying to get the Lifetime option. It will cost $22CDN more, but still a deal just not quite as good.
Alternative Steps for Lifetime Membership, slightly more expensive option.
Once you have purchased one year membership for $15.99 USD (~ $22CDN), you will then be eligible to upgrade to a lifetime membership for $49.99 USD (~$68 CDN), all in it will cost ~$90 CDN.
