The price of lumber is just absolutely not sustainable! There are even hoarders now selling on marketplace jacking up prices even more!

Prices will collapse for sure as even small projects are now out of reach for the average homeowner.

No way I'm going to do anything this summer even if I get the OP's price.

When I was home depot last week they had the old prices in marker on all the Lumber shelves. Sigh

I checked the price of OSB and was shocked to see it at $52 to $70 for the regular ones... I think it was $25 last time I bought one...

2019 7/16 osb for walls and roofs was $7.49 here in Manitoba. By late 2019 it briefly went up to $12 for a few weeks then back to $8. Then covid happened and rise rise rise

Some of the building inspectors allowing 3/8 plywood for walls as well as the newer buffalo board. I don't even know what that material is referred to as.

We were warned that due to COVID, prices are expected to go even higher. All old stock is gone. We can expect price to stay same for another year or longer.

It cause budget problems for many projects.

It’s untreated as cedar has natural rot resistance. However, it isn’t indestructible and as a garden bed, the pieces touching the ground will eventually rot. It’ll last far longer than untreated pine or construction wood though.

Tell them you want to order a full lift and they'll bring in for you. You can have them drop the lift to your site.

They will sell you the lift for price in computer.

If you cannot use the whole lift. You can easy sell to others for low price.
