From description Floor deck, roof shingles, and paint not included

I'd buy the lifetime shed from Costco as easier to assemble and only need to make your pad to set it on.

From the reviews it seems like this one is hard to setup, comes with nails, cheap wood etc.

I bought this earlier this year when it was on sale. It’s a good shed but not at full price. It’s a package built using 2x3’s to save on costs. It doesn’t come with a floor, drip edge or shingles. This package has a convenience factor in that the sheathing and roof trusses are preassembled. If I had to do it again I’d probably buy my own lumber and frame it using 2x4 for extra strength at a bit more cost. All in all, it looks nicer than those vinyl or metal sheds and is large enough to store all my lawn equipment and power tools out of the garage.

I believe this is handled under municipal bi-laws and if there is a national standard. Where I live, you do not require a permit if it is it is under 100 sq ft (and this one is only 96).

Cant compare the 2. This is a good deal.
I'd add additional 2x3 studs for support but for someone that was considering building their own wood shed this is a nice template to work with.
Ive build a shed using the T11 panelling included in this package, its surprisingly strong.
