Lowes: Char-Broil TRU-Infrared™ Grill2Go X200 $134.99

Price:
134.99
I've been waiting for a decent deal on one of these...

Right now the price of the Grill2Go X200 is 149.99 at Bestbuy:
http://www.bestbuy.ca/en-CA/product/cha ... 00548.aspx

Lowes has them for 199.99:
https://www.lowes.ca/gas-grills/char-br ... 99586.html

Price-matching the BestBuy price at Lowes (extra 10% off) and it comes out to: 134.99. It's a pretty decent price for a relatively solid portable grill.

Thanks! Might pick one up this weekend, I usually bring a Brinkman smoker camping but this would be good for some summer events

Infrared is good. Makes it more difficult to burn or dry out what you're cooking, but if you like some charring or searing it's hard to do. Trade-off for everything.

The biggest plus is a more uniform job and no flare ups.

Don't use it as much as we used to. Sous vide then over some charcoal. Anyway. That's not relevant.

Can you price match online? Would be good if you can stack it with the flash sale going on tonight.

Wouldn't recommend char broil.. can't get most parts in canada and those that you can are expensive like crazy.. and they're crap. porcelain covered cast iron will rust within a year. same with infrared emitter. and the holes are in the valleys which get clogged. just stupid all around
