Based on last year's sale, although the discounted products were consistent across stores I went to, the discounts/pricing at each one varied quite a bit. Both the % discount and "starting from" price varied (some stores discounted from the regular price, others started from an already reduced price).

The sweet spot seems to be at around 50-60% before most of the good stuff is picked up.

They lure me in with a good sale on a proprietary product, and I pay the price of dealing with their dumpster fire online ordering and customer service.

They are only good for the price beat at Home Depot.

For example I managed to use their 20% off coupon for lumber for my deck which was over $3k so quite a savings compared to home depot.
