I think the lowest it's been is $90 but $99 is a pretty decent price for this set. I have a couple of these units and it pretty much holds 95% of my hand tools and handheld power tools. Although it's mostly for mobility on the jobsite, I like that i can move my stuff around and out of the way if need be.
Good:
- compatible with Dewalt Tstak (dewalt owns craftsman now)
- Relatively cheap for what you get (compared to Husky, Mastercraft, Milwaukee)
- Well priced, plenty of storage for most DIY'ers
- build quality is decent (although not even close to the milwaukee mobile storage)
- back handle extends and is nicely built
Bad
- cheap plastic wheels, BUT they've held up for the 2 yrs I've had them so far in a garage
- bottom bin is a bit "flimsy/bendy"... although it' hasn't caused me any issues
- you gotta remove the top 2 containers to get to the bottom, unlike the premium dewalt mobile storage
- latching mechanism not the greatest, but it works.
